1v1 Rules MUST READ THIS!!!!!

Ok here are the rules for 1v1
1. when you call out a person you have to make the rules such as no rules black top only no using this kinda scroll no exos, no nanmu finishes no nanmu ect.
2. the person you call out does not have to accept your challenge
3. you can put a wager on your match but it has to be 3k and up
4.NO POOR ATTITUDES TO LOSING A MATCH
