Call you out 1v1 rules

1. Everyone has to call out another player in the guild once a week
2. The player who is being called out dosent have to accept if he has either done a cll you out or their is a wager involved
3. The challenger has to set up the rules not the other way around
4.No whining or complaing if you lost
5. if their is a wager 4 k and higher
